The Cosmos in me
The universe in the eye,
dancing hands laughing with us,
my bow just broke the arrow
and the tide makes love to you.
The perspective of the back
and the wilderness of my throat,
shining planets at finger tips,
how I love to swallow stars.
When I am all that there is,
a galaxy may be in my eye,
with its pain, love and mysteries.
When the Cosmos is all I am,
its emptiness wants me to live there,
but there’s no fear, everything can be full of me.
